Ania 🙂 so I’ll share mine too. The photo on the left is from March this year, and the one on the right is today (September 28, 2025) — after 6 months 🙂

The only differences were nutrition and training, plus zero cardio – just daily steps. And the person who helped me through all of this was none other than you. I keep coming back to your programs, and right now I’m eating more than I was in the photo on the left – still with no cardio 😉 Before, I was doing 30 minutes of cardio 4 times a week. Now, none at all.
