Where do I download my purchased files?
After purchase, the files are automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you haven’t received the email, please check your SPAM and other folders, and make sure that your payment has been successfully completed. If you still haven’t received your files, contact us at info@glutecode.com.
When placing your order, I recommend creating a user account and always purchasing as a logged-in user. This way, you will have permanent access to all your purchased programs in your Client Panel → “Downloads” section — your files never expire and there is no download limit.
When will I receive the files I purchased? Can I withdraw from the purchase?
If you choose instant payment, the files will be sent to your email automatically immediately after the payment is completed. By doing so, you voluntarily waive your 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase of digital products.
Can I follow GLUTE CODE Program at home?
Each of my programs also includes at-home exercise alternatives. You’ll find them in the eBook in Chapter 10. Keep in mind that you should adjust the number of repetitions individually, so that the equipment you have at home still provides a sufficient challenge.
What equipment do I need to train at home?
Of course, the weight you choose depends on your current fitness level — but keep in mind that for lower body workouts, a pair of 2 kg dumbbells might not be enough! 🙂
Here’s what I personally use for my home workouts:

How long do I have access to the programs?
After purchasing a GLUTE CODE program, you receive lifetime access to the files. Once downloaded to your computer, tablet, or phone, you can access them offline anytime.
How long can I follow GLUTE CODE Programs?
Your training will remain effective as long as you’re able to progress in your exercises and stay fully engaged. If you can still increase the weights and don’t feel mentally fatigued from repeating the same plan, you can confidently continue the program for 4–5 months.
Will the workouts be too difficult for me?
I admit, my methods are fairly advanced — but ultimately, it’s you who decides what weights you train with, whether you complete all the exercises, reps, and sets.
If the difficulty level exceeds your current abilities, simply do as much as you can — and aim to do a little more next time. That’s the real key to building a strong, sculpted body: progressive overload. You’ll find the difficulty level of each program clearly stated in its description.
Where should I start if I’m a complete beginner?
I recommend starting with the GYM BEGINNER program. After completing it, you can move on to GLUTE CODE 1, 2 and 3 for continued progress.
